This manual sausage stuffer allows clean and even filling of casings at home – without an electric motor and without complicated preparation. It is made of food-grade polypropylene, safe for direct food contact, and easy to clean after use.

The even, controlled plunger movement keeps the pressure constant, allowing casings to fill without bursting or air pockets. Four nozzles with diameters from 1.5 cm to 2.5 cm cover a wide range of casing sizes – from fine breakfast sausages to thicker bratwursts.
